March 20, 2023 Kochi JBOSS- The FM Engineer should have knowledge and experience in all hardware, OS and software provided for the project.
- Should perform day to day administrative activities: WAS, JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, IIS and NGINX installation, resource allocation/reallocation and other daily activities to increase the performance of solution.
- Should perform monitoring and managing all important server/system parameters
- Disk space, Processor, kernel, memory, I/O Utilization, Network Utilization related to WAS, JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, IIS and NGINX.
- Should perform production support and monitoring of production/Test environment. Analysis and resolution of production related issues.
- Should perform problem determination, management, resolution/escalation to respective vendors. Analysis, suggestions and resolution of audit comments.
- Should perform WAS, JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, IIS and NGINX performance tuning and response monitoring.
- Should schedule and optimize the middleware services running on the server for best performance.
- Should support coordination with the hardware vendor.
- Should prepare documentation for installation and operations manual of the product stack and also the baseline document.
- Should perform Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing.
- Vendor should ensure all support during the audits carried out by the Bank/any third party agencies/Statutory agencies
- When required by the bank, support outside regular operations window should be provided to the bank. This extra support will be required during any planned or unplanned incidents/activities.
Qualification : Engineering/Science UG or PG degree
