Supervision:
Manage and lead the housekeeping team, including housekeepers, room attendants, laundry staff, and other related personnel. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.

Cleaning Standards:

Establish and enforce high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, offices, and other facilities.

Monitor and maintain cleanliness to uphold the hotel's reputation.

Inventory Management:
Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials, amenities, linens, and other items required for housekeeping operations. Monitor usage, order supplies, and manage stock levels efficiently.

Scheduling:

Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure proper coverage while optimizing labor costs. Coordinate with front office and maintenance departments to accommodate guest requests and room turnovers.

Quality Control:
Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. Address any issues promptly and ensure corrective action is taken.

Guest Satisfaction:
Collaborate with the front office to address guest concerns and requests related to housekeeping services. Strive to enhance guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional housekeeping services.

Budgeting:
Assist in developing the housekeeping budget by providing input on labor, supplies, and equipment needs. Manage expenses within approved budget limits.

Training:
Conduct training sessions for housekeeping staff, focusing on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professionalism.

Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff. Address performance issues, provide feedback, and implement disciplinary measures when necessary.

Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. Implement proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and hazardous materials.

Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on housekeeping operations, including occupancy rates, cleaning performance, and supply usage. Present reports to management as required.

Salary:
₹38, ₹40,000.00 per month
