In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Enrich global experience within medical domain and build expertise in medical device PCB Layout engineering
  • Invasive and Non-Invasive Class II/III medical device electronics PCB Layout Design History Files (DHFs) remediation
  • Design, develop and maintain PCB Layout data for sleep and respiratory care products like Hospital/Home Ventilators
  • Identifying appropriate PCB technologies solutions for overall system, subsystem and component levels.
  • Ensure PCB Layout solutions are consistent with the higherlevel architecture and requirements and complies with Global Regulatory and Safety requirements

You are responsible for

  • Design History File (DHF) remediation for PCB Layout deliverables which includes
- defining strategy and planning, gap analysis, creating new or revising existing DHFs, reviewing and releasing DHFs

  • PCB Layout DHFs and DMRs responsibilities for embedded systems, controllers & processors, digital and analog circuitry, power supplies, connectivity interfaces.
  • Develop and PCB Layout designs in compliance with Quality Management System requirements.
  • Creation of the full electronic design package (schematic, layout, TPD) for the board suppliers.
  • Ensure data integrity of schematic diagram and board layout files.
  • Cooperation with circuit (functional) designers and mechanical designers regarding electrical design and physical constraints, organize design review meetings
  • Align with the CAD-E library engineers on the availability of elements
  • Good communication with design engineers and customers.
  • Follow development procedures, design guidelines and standards to ensure reliable product quality
  • Implementation of signal/powerintegrity requirements, safety compliance requirements and generic and/or specific industry requirements.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • B.E/B.Tech Electronics Engineering from reputed institute
  • 7+ years of experience with PCBA physical design (define design constraints, placement, routing, panel design, create technical product documentation).
  • End to end PCB Layout engineering experience for electromechanical products
  • Experience with
  • Mentor Graphics Xpedition Enterprise, Altium, PADS.
  • Solid knowledge on electronics / electromechanical components
  • Knowledge on regulations and standards like ROHS, REACH, IPC
  • A strong team player with good communication skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written English, proactive, cando attitude, team player, decisive and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Display perseverance & agility with execution excellence mindset
