JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Qualification: Any graduate

Shifts: Rotational

Experience: Min 6 years (with Team handling experience)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Opportunity Identification: To perform process study, process assessments, design thinking sessions to come up improvement opportunities

2. Solution Conceptualization: To understand clients business processes, existing IT landscape and propose relevant transformative solutions

3. Stakeholder Communication and Approvals: Pro-actively interact with stakeholders and obtain buy-in on the proposed solutions

4. Requirements Documentation: To gather, analyze and document solution requirements (functional as well as non-functional). Liaison with development teams on managing requirements, participate in UAT and realize proposed/estimated benefits -

Other Responsibilities

1. Case Studies and Client Testimonials: To convert each solution implementation into a high impact case study and reference able client testimonial

2. Reporting & MIS: Provide inputs to CoE teams for periodic reports and MIS for respective track/area

What are we looking for in you?

1. Graduate + MBA from leading A & B-category schools (BE/B.Tech from Grade A engineering colleges will be added advantage) with an excellent academic track record

2. 5+ years experience working within a technology field out of which

3. Minimum of 4 years' experience post MBA should be in one of the following

4. RPA/Cognitive Automation assessments/consulting/implementation

5. Business process automation/workflow tools

6. Excellent Process domain knowledge

7. Certification in one or more of the following is preferred:

• Automation Anywhere
• UiPath
• Blue Prism
• Work Fusion

8. Knowledge of RPA/Cognitive Automation concepts and ROI/business case analysis is a must

9. Knowledge of lean/six sigma, Machine learning concepts and basic programming skills (in .Net/C#/PLSQL) will be a plus

10. Make solution proposals that show value for money and that sell. Solution champion with good articulation and presentation skills

11. Networking skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Ability to communicate and effectively interact with CxOs

12. Work effectively both independently as well as a member of a cross-functional team

13. Ability and willingness to mentor other team members

14. Willing to travel as required
