As a Sales Executive specializing in cold calling for a print store based in Florida, but working from office in India, your main responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls to potential clients located in Florida.

You will be utilizing your sales skills to pitch print products, understand their printing needs, and provide customized solutions.

You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction despite the geographical distance.


Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients located in Florida by not being dependent on a scripts but using your sales techniques to introduce our print products, services & identify their printing requirements.


Lead Generation:
Prospect and qualify potential clients through research, database management, and targeted cold calling.

Identify decision-makers, understand their printing needs, and assess their interest and readiness to purchase print products/services despite being based in India.


Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients located in Florida by building rapport, understanding their printing requirements, addressing their inquiries, and following up in a timely manner, despite the remote work arrangement.


Sales Pitching:
Effectively communicate our print store's offerings, including print products, printing services, and design services, to potential clients.

Customize sales pitches based on individual client needs and showcase how our solutions can meet their printing needs and add value to their business.


Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by converting potential clients into customers through effective cold calling, lead nurturing, and closing deals for print products/services.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets.

Sales Strategies:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and action plans to maximize sales opportunities, increase conversion rates, and optimize sales performance for print products/services, despite the remote work arrangement.


Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics related to print products/services to identify new business opportunities, adapt sales approaches, and provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement, despite being based in India.


Sales Reporting:
Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and progress towards targets to the management team.

Utilize sales tools and software for tracking, reporting, and managing leads and opportunities for print products/services, despite the remote work arrangement.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships over the phone despite the geographical distance.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively sell print products/services.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively despite working remotely from India.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Resilience, perseverance, and a positive attitude towards rejection.

Salary:
₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
