Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for researching, generating ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned
  • Sort out workable ideas by a process of elimination and keep eliminated ideas stored for future reference
  • Write fresh content based on research and brainstorming by following instructions provided for each type of document
  • Develop engaging content for articles, blogs, case studies using theory of change to engage TA
  • Initial research/landscape analysis for new segment/proposals/ideation concept
  • Proofread content for errors or additions and ensure that content is written per instructions
  • Writing detailed grant Proposals using Theory of change models.
  • Develops and maintains a proposal calendar & database
  • Manage the proposal submission process to ensure timely submission of all required materials
  • Coordinate and followups on the progress of submitted proposals
  • Developing relationships & collaborating with Internal Stake holders
  • Support the Development of an annual grant's strategy/pipelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree (Social Sciences / Communication)
  • Clear understanding of Theory of Change, Content developments,
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in research and grant writing; nonprofit experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to write successful grant proposals
  • Detailoriented, organized, deadlinedriven
  • Clear, precise and compelling writing skills
  • Able to effectively communicate
  • High proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to meet Deadlines without exception

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
