Responsibilities

  • Ability to maintain consistency across different mediums.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistency of designs across various crosschannel initiatives
  • BTL Campaigns: Work Closely with the Marketing team to produce material for all onground campaigns while maintaining brand consistency, adapting creatives to our partner's needs.
Adapt existing collateral based on campaign demands.

  • Publication design: Work closely with the Marketing & Product team to build product collaterals, publications, research papers and the like
  • Assist with campaign and idea generation to help fill our marketing calendars with engaging content
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and juggle diverse creative demands

Requirement

  • 25 years of experience in graphic design, and having successfully worked as a Graphic
Designer and/or Art Director for a leading agency is preferred.

  • A degree or diploma in Graphic design or creative visualization is a must
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & other design platforms
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, illustration and design capabilities
  • Print, web design experience
  • Fluency in understanding and interpreting strategy, creative/campaign briefs and developing initial brand and design concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
