Position: Inventory Executive

Role: Executive Level

Qualifications: Diploma (Mechanical/Electronics) / ITI.

Eligibility: Experienced candidates year of work experience) is preferred.

Work Location: Manipal.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing end-to-end Inventory Operations, including Material/Inventory Control and management.
Maintaining accuracy of stock control systems and ensuring inventory integrity.
Strategizing future capacity requirements and conducting manpower planning.
Efficiently allocating and managing staff resources for smooth operations.
Optimizing space utilization to enhance efficiency.
Implementing measures to minimize wastage.
Monitoring stock levels and initiating orders as required.
Developing ISO documentation and SOPs to attain ISO standards.
Maintaining precise records of inventory levels, both incoming and outgoing.
Implementing inventory control measures to mitigate shrinkage, loss, or damage.
Monitoring inventory turnover and identifying opportunities to optimize levels and reduce costs.
Analysing inventory data to identify trends and propose process enhancements.
Generating regular reports on inventory levels, turnover, and performance.
Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and logistics, to synchronize inventory activities with business objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in inventory management or related field, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution, or retail environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in inventory management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
Knowledge of inventory control best practices and industry trends.
