Real Estate Development Specialist (REDS)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to gain comprehensive insights into their property requirements and preferences.
Present product features and benefits to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Initiate sales calls proactively to establish connections with potential clients.
Negotiate and finalize new business deals adeptly by managing requirements and contract negotiations.
Identify potential business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach efforts.
Set and diligently pursue yearly targets and objectives.
Identify new opportunities through insightful analysis of business needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification:
Any Graduate.

Required experience:1-5 years.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
