Role and Responsibilities

Solution's & designing for Jira (Service Management/Confluence/Software).
Providing guidance on best practices, taking a proactive approach to client's Atlassian environments, and work on solutions for a range of Atlassian based tools. This is a processoriented position and technical skills will complement process skills.
Experience with customizing JIRA projects with various schemas, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes required.
Experience working in a software team's Software Development Life Cycle, including agile methodologies. Not necessarily writing code, but experience with how software teams move through their process.
Knowledge of working in RFPS.

Desired skills:

Install, Manage and Monitor and secure Jira in AWS (DC solution)
Install Manage and Monitor and secure Jira in Cloud (SaaS)
AWS knowledge, (AWS architect, operating Jira running in AWS environment in a secure way)
Worked with the Jira Rest API for automation and integration
Worked with Jira Backend (upgrades, config, infra etc.)
Knowledge on creating and using JQL
Knowledge and understanding of Business Models and information models

Salary:
₹1,500, ₹2,800,000.00 per year
