Here's your opportunity to make a tangible difference:

Utilize your expertise in research to gather and assess data concerning IT software trends, market conditions in US staffing, and competitor landscapes.

Translate your discoveries into actionable insights that guide our strategic decisions and propel our business development efforts forward.

We're seeking someone who embodies the following:
Proven Experience (1-2 years preferred): A demonstrated track record in roles such as Research Analyst or similar positions.
Industry Knowledge (Highly Desired): Previous experience researching IT software and/or the US staffing sectors is highly advantageous.

Research Proficiency:
Mastery of various research methodologies, both primary and secondary, to effectively gather and evaluate data.

Analytical Skills:
The capability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data proficiently, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for growth.

Effective Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to articulate research findings clearly and convincingly.

Technological Aptitude:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a particularly strong grasp of Excel. Familiarity with data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI is beneficial.

Team Collaboration:
The capacity to work independently while also thriving within a collaborative team environment.

Extra Credit:
Prior exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce or any other tool is considered a valuable asset.


Salary:
₹581, ₹646,531.49 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
