Position Overview:
Office Management:
Maintain a well-organized office environment, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Develop and maintain efficient filing systems for documents, records, and reports.
Program Coordination:
Assist in the implementation of NGO programs.
Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, workshops, and other program activities.
Communicate effectively only with beneficiaries. Wiil beneficiaries to insure food program delivery.
Community mobilization will be part of your work.
Financial Administration:
Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in preparing financial reports and grant proposals as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Social Work.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Development, or related field.
Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
Knowledge of financial management principles and experience with budgeting and accounting procedures.
Commitment to the mission and values of the NGO, with a passion for making a positive impact in the community.
Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
