Recruiter - Job Location - Mumbai ( Colaba)

Reporting to:
Hiring Manager

Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and processing of visa and immigration documents for overseas hiring, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Manage and maintain applicant tracking system and other recruitment databases.
Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment status, and collaborate with the hiring manager and other stakeholders to ensure recruitment goals are met.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry associations.
Provide excellent customer service and communication to both internal and external customers.
Handle other recruitment and hiringrelated tasks, as required.

Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Minimum of 13 years of experience in recruitment, with overseas hiring experience.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools, such as job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
Good understanding of visa and immigration processes and requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with strong attention to detail.
Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
GCC hiring experience is preferred.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
