    Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team and lead our finance department. The CFO will play a crucial role in streamlining processes, digitizing systems, and providing actionable insights to drive profitability and support data-backed decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a chartered accountant with a proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably within the industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
    • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to the management team based on financial analysis and market trends.

    2. Process Optimization:

    • Streamline finance and accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and digitisation to enhance productivity and reduce manual workload.
    • Implement best practices and standards for financial reporting and compliance.

    3. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

    • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Develop detailed financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
    • Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

    4. Profitability Enhancement:

    • Identify opportunities to optimize revenue, reduce costs, and improve margins across all aspects of the business.
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop pricing strategies and product offerings that maximize profitability.
    • Monitor and assess the financial impact of business initiatives and investments.

    5. Risk Management and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
    • Implement effective risk management practices to safeguard the company's assets and financial interests.
    • Develop and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraud.

    6. Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive alignment and achieve common goals.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation required.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar high-volume transaction environment.
    • Proven track record of driving process improvements, profitability enhancements, and strategic financial planning.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP, Tally, or similar platforms preferred.
