Description

We are looking to hire a
personal assistant (PA) who provides administrative, organizational, and personal support to a single individual or a group of executives or high-level management.

Experience: 5 years


Location:
Sanpada

The primary duties and responsibilities of a personal assistant include:

  • Managing schedules and appointments: The PA is responsible for managing the executive's schedule, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing travel arrangements.
  • Conducting research and gathering information: The PA is responsible for conducting research and gathering information on various topics, including competitors, industry trends, and other relevant information.
  • Managing files and records: The PA is responsible for managing and organizing files and records, including confidential documents, contracts, and other important paperwork.
  • Organizing events and meetings: The PA is responsible for organizing and managing events and meetings, including coordinating logistics, preparing agendas, and managing followup actions.
  • Handling administrative tasks: The PA is responsible for handling administrative tasks, including managing expenses, processing invoices, and completing other tasks as assigned.
  • Providing personal support: The PA may provide personal support to the executive, including running errands, managing household tasks, and performing other personal tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekend only

Experience:


  • Personal assistant: 5 years (preferred)
