Ed, with Political Science background:
-
3-5 years experience teaching grades 11-12:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and learning.
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
  • Tailor teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, resources, and technology to enhance learning outcomes.

Classroom Management:

  • Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
  • Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote discipline and respect among students.
  • Organize and manage classroom activities, transitions, and routines efficiently.
  • Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
  • Assess students' progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians on academic performance and areas for improvement.
  • Keep accurate records of students' academic achievements, attendance, and behavior.
  • Individualized Support and Differentiation:
  • Identify and address the unique learning needs of individual students through differentiated instruction and personalized support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, special education staff, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) where necessary.

Parental and Community Engagement:

  • Establish open and effective communication channels with parents/guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and educational activities.
  • Organize and participate in parentteacher conferences, workshops, and other school events to foster parental involvement and support.
  • Engage with the local community to promote partnerships and enhance the educational experience for students.

Professional Development:

  • Stay abreast of current educational trends, research, and best practices in primary education.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to continuously improve teaching practices and contribute to the school's overall success.

Pay:
₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
