    Job Summary

    As a Product Manager, you will develop exceptional capabilities and enhance top-notch customer experiences. This role is all about execution, understanding the vision, roadmap, and priorities, and efficiently working with an agile team. Your main responsibility will be the product management of a specific growth area within NetApp's business.

    Job Requirements


    - Efficiently execute on the priorities of one or more agile teams

    - Ensure alignment of priorities with corporate, business, and product objectives

    - Collaborate with peer Product Managers across teams to harmonize corporate priorities and initiatives

    - Gain a deep understanding of customer journeys and needs through direct interaction or collaboration with stakeholders

    - Work closely with the team to plan and implement squad requirements

    - Develop and manage the squad backlog, measure success metrics, and ensure the team has the required skill set

    - Collaborate with engineering leaders to ensure the team is equipped to achieve objectives

    Qualifications

    8 to 12 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Product Management
    - Hands-on experience in writing requirements, user stories, and using tools like Jira
    - Preferably, experience in AI/ML and data storage/management product management
