Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and report progress to college management.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, problemsolving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in construction software and tools.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
