    Primary Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough investigations on suspected and confirmed fraud cases across various financial services areas
    • Collect evidence, interview witnesses, and conduct field visits as necessary
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for investigations
    • Work towards fraud recovery and take necessary corrective actions
    • Analyze patterns and create Root Cause Analysis reports for each case
    • Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements and standards
    • Maintain detailed records of all investigations and fraud cases
    • Proactively identify and address potential areas of concern
    • Manage reporting timelines and quality standards effectively

    Specific Requirements:

    • Demonstrated analytical and investigative skills in various financial products and fraud domains
    • Experience with field investigations in the financial services sector
    • Understanding of KYC fraud manipulation and industry trends
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
