Description
We are hiring Service Advisor /Technician-Automobile car dealership (MG,KIA,Honda and Volkswagen) ,Pune.

  • Qualification : ITI/Diploma in Automobile
  • Experience : 1 to 3 years in Automobile dealership.
  • Greeting customers and directing them to available mechanics.
  • Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
  • Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle dropoff, and vehicle pickup.
  • Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.
  • Estimate repair cost
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle components such as chassis, panels, paint, engine, clutch, gearbox, brakes, suspension, etc.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
