About the job

  • Support and work with Area Manager to resolve problems operational problems of the independent retail stores and support sales.
  • Monitoring orders, stock level and monthly retail sales for key retailers to keep a reasonable balance.
  • Support in Training for employees on product knowledge and sales skills supported by training manager
  • Support to reach sales Target. Check for product assortments defined together with the Area Manager.
  • Evaluate current results and future needs regarding local marketing activities in the distribution channels.
  • Regularly monitors, analyses, and discusses the performance of the independent retail stores with the Line Manager
  • Support to implement standard procedures and guidelines based on central policies and local requirements.
  • Ensures implementation of defined standards and processes. Implementation of VM Guidelines, COCO, and E learning.
About you

  • We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role within fashion and retail environment
  • Support line manager in controlling overall Retail Operations activities, leading a team of store manager, assistant store manager, brand ambassador to establish respective processes to meet performance objectives and total sales results
  • Demonstrate ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and crossfunctional teams
  • Very good influencing skills to align and get support from the parties during the implementation process
  • Clear picture for career development with strong potential ambition will be a plus
