Mission:


Assume end-to-end responsibility for your IT product and manage a global team of sales domain data engineers, data analysts and stakeholders across multiple locations to drive the Siemens' digitalization.

Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:

  • Assume end-to-end responsibility and ownership for your service and/or products
  • Coordinate and manage developments of internal and 3rd party consultants/developers to develop and maintain the assigned service/products
  • Be the bridge between our business stakeholders and IT experts
  • Support the team on identifying priorities, project escalations and individual coaching
  • Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with agreed quality, audit, and security standards
  • Drive digitalization with new technologies and trends and strive for continuous service improvement
  • Be responsible for communication, collaboration, and relationship management of key internal and external stakeholders, regarding service status, planning, and information sharing
  • Support cost controlling and resource planning in your area of responsibility
  • Grow/foster an agile mindset and an agile way of working (e.g. agile working methods)
  • Build deep relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor for their most critical finance processes that support their digital transformation
  • Be open to take ownership of additional key projects within your domain

What you need to make real what matters:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or similar quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
  • More than 2 years of experience in people management (project or team lead experience)
  • Excellent communication and mediation skills
  • Knowledge of data architecture and data modeling principles
  • Previous experience in data analysis, data manipulation and data visualization
  • Handson experience with Sales data models (e.g. SAP raw data, SalesForce, CPQ, E-Commerce Platforms, Pricing, Sales Planning,...)
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and turn them into business terms
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Agile mindset experience required: experience in SCRUM project framework
  • Previous experience with Siemens sales processes and landscape (nice to have)
  • Experience with AI/ML algorithms (nice to have)
  • Business fluent English language skills, written and spoken (mandatory
