Digital Analytics

Job Summary:

The Digital Performance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing various digital channels to drive performance, provide insights, and deliver management reports and recommendations.


This role encompasses reporting on digital performance channels and website analytics, conducting holistic channel analysis, optimizing channel performance, automating reports and predictions, and delivering strategic recommendations to management.


Key Responsibilities:
Digital Analytics with adobe, Web, Google analytics experience

  • Generate regular reports highlighting key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in digital channel performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and provide actionable recommendations based on performance data.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of all digital channels enhancing the customer journey and maximizing channel effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for synergy and optimization across different digital channels.
  • Identify opportunities and Ensure implementation of automated reporting systems to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Utilize data modeling and predictive analytics techniques to generate forecasts and predictions for digital performance.
  • Provide comprehensive management reports on digital performance, channel insights, and optimization strategies to senior management based on datadriven insights
  • Clearly communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders in a concise and actionable manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Webtrekk, Mapps.
  • Knowledge of performance tracking platforms for digital channels (e.g., Google Ads )
  • Experience in implementing automation and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets to identify patterns and trends
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies
  • Strong problemsolving skills, solution oriented mindset
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team
