    *JobOverview:
    • We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Hotel Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. Theideal candidate will have a proven track record in salesparticularly within the hospitality industry. The primaryresponsibility of the Hotel Sales Executive will be to generaterevenue through identifying and pursuing sales opportunitiesmaintaining client relationships and meeting salestargets.
    *Responsibilities: 1.*Sales Generation:
    • Identify and pursue newsales opportunities to achieve revenuetargets. Develop and implement salesstrategies to attract potential clients and expand the customerbase. Actively promote hotel services andfacilities to prospective clients.2. Client RelationshipManagement:
    • Build and maintain stronglonglasting customer relationships.
    Understand the needs and requirements of clients to provideappropriate solutions and recommendations.
    Handle client inquiries concerns and complaints in a professionalmanner.
    3.*Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay updatedon market trends competitor activities and industrydevelopments. Conduct market research andanalysis to identify opportunities forgrowth.
    4.*Collaboration and Communication:*Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing andoperations to ensure seamless delivery of services toclients. Communicate effectively with teammembers to share insights strategies andupdates.
    5.*Reporting:
    • Prepare regular sales reportsand forecasts for management review. Monitorsales performance against targets and implement corrective measureswhennecessary.
    *Requirements: •Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.2. Proven experience as a SalesExecutive preferably in the hospitalityindustry.3. Strong negotiation andpersuasion skills.4. Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities.5. Ability towork independently and as part of a team.6.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.7.Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences inJaipur.
