Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Efficiently manage the recruitment process and actively participate in each phase of it
Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients' requirements.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Selfmotivated and gogetter
Create and implement a recruitment strategy.
Exposure in RCM industry would be an added advantage.
