- Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates to support a portfolio of clients
- Ensure timely and high-quality work delivery in alignment with Audit methodology and client expectations
- Demonstrate expertise in audit methodology and support various audits
- Build and nurture relationships with key client personnel
- Manage workflow efficiently, allocate resources, and monitor performance standards
- Keep a close eye on team utilization, budget, and other operational aspects
- Possess 5 to 8 years post-qualification experience (CA/CPA/ACCA) in a mid or top-tier accounting firm, focusing on external or statutory assurance for MNCs or large Indian companies
- Audit experience with Indian clients, especially listed or large private companies, is a plus
- Have in-depth knowledge of Ind AS (Indian accounting standards) and assurance standards, or familiarity with IFRS
- Understanding of US GAAP and International assurance standards will be beneficial
