    QA Manager

    Exp-10-18 yrs

    Location- Delhi

    Notice period- 0-30 days


    Summary :


    We are seeking an experienced and proactive QA Manager with over 10 years of expertise to lead our QA teams in end-to-end deliveries.

    As a key member of our quality assurance function, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, leading performance testing efforts, and driving automation initiatives within the team.

    Your role will involve resolving impediments, fostering continuous improvement, and maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software products.


    Key Responsibilities :

    Team Leadership :

    • Lead and manage the QA teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support for team members to enhance their skills and performance.

    End-to-End Deliveries:

    • Oversee endtoend QA processes, from requirement analysis to final product release.
    • Ensure QA team contributions align with project timelines and organizational goals.

    Quality Assurance :

    • Take ownership of the overall quality of the product.
    • Define and enforce QA processes, standards, and best practices.

    Performance Testing :

    • Lead performance testing efforts to ensure the scalability and reliability of our products.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks.

    Automation Initiatives :

    • Drive automation initiatives within the QA team to enhance efficiency and test coverage.
    • Evaluate and implement automation tools and frameworks.

    Impediment Resolution :

    • Proactively identify and resolve impediments that may hinder QA team productivity.
    • Collaborate with other teams to address crossfunctional impediments.

    Continuous Improvement :

    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the QA teams.
    • Implement feedback loops and improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Over 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with a significant portion in a QA Manager role.

    Skills and Experience :

    • Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Experience in performance testing, with knowledge of relevant tools and techniques.
    • Proven track record of leading successful automation initiatives.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Skills :

    • Certification in Quality Assurance or related field.
    • Experience with various testing methodologies, including agile and DevOps.
    • Knowledge of test management tools and test case management processes.
