    Description

    The Global Sales and Marketing Analytics team partners with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Web, Services, and Operations to design, develop, execute, and manage analytic tools and data driven insights.

    Leveraging modern tools, technologies, and processes to provide data-driven solutions, the successful candidate will be someone who is committed and accountable to high quality dashboard solution delivery, while also having the agility to provide stakeholders with ad-hoc insights for decision making and action. The successful candidate must also be able to effectively communicate findings to various business and technical audiences.

    Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • High proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau, Salesforce Analytics (including CRM Analytics), PowerBI.
  • Strong SQL skills. Demonstrated knowledge of OLAP databases in a B2B environment. Nice to have (py)spark.
  • Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
  • Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.
  • Ability to establish time estimates, prioritization, and requirements for projects owned.
  • Ability to manage own workflow and multiple requests while meeting deadlines as well as responding to frequent demands from multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Build effective partnerships with key business stakeholders across Global Sales & Marketing, Operations, and IT.
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to evaluate, identify and implement actionable business performance measures.
  • Leverage modern tools and cloud infrastructure to develop scalable data sets that meet business/operational reporting and analysis needs.
  • Development of optimized insight solutions and leverage SDLC methodology to design, develop and test to ensure all data, reporting and analytics solutions are accurate.
  • Perform data engineering tasks on an enterprise data platform environment.
  • Write complex queries that profile, clean, extract, transform and merge a variety of data.
  • Effectively prepare, document, and communicate insights.
