Job Purpose
Drive automation and system enhancement as well as adoption of SCM portals and processes

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Drive utilization of Ariba CLM, SLPM, Commerce Automation
Handle S4 Hana Enhancements and demands from SCM
MM Material management and EWM Extended warehouse management
Ensure demand raising, demand discussion related to Ariba and S4 HANA with internal stakeholders as well as System integration partners
Responsible for end to end testing, development, training and communication of S4 HANA enhancements to business users and vendors
Handle GRC rights management at Pan India level for SCM users
Ensure statutory and auditory compliance for all audits except Internal Audit
Drive and deliver S4 HANA integration with Scrap portal, CPOS, Eway bill integration
Develop and implement operational efficiency frameworks
Be the SPOC for various audits like ICFR, RPT compliance, Statutory, VDI, Data Privacy & other audits

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Knowledge/Understanding of various systems/portals such as Ariba, S4 Hana etc.
Understanding of commercial processes
Process orientation
Eye for detail
Communication and stakeholder management skills
Digital Savvy

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (technology preferred)
Experience in SCM/Commercial function is preferred
