Marketing Executive
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and promoting our products and services in the market.
Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for process and factory automation solutions.

Sales and Service Marketing: Promote products and services, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent sales and service support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market segments for targeted marketing campaigns.

Client Visits: Visit different areas and clients across Pune and Silvassa to understand their requirements, present solutions, and gather feedback.

Technical Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of automation technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and VFD drives, to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.

Client Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to analyze client requirements, develop customized solutions, and prepare proposals and quotations.

Marketing Collateral: Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies to support sales and marketing activities.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals.
Skills Required:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of automation engineering concepts and technologies.
- Ability to understand client requirements, conduct needs analysis, and propose tailored solutions.
- Selfmotivated and resultoriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Pune and Silvassa regions for client visits and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Electronic/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or Electronics and Telecommunication.
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience required.
