Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and promoting our products and services in the market.

This position requires a combination of sales acumen, marketing expertise, and technical understanding of automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for process and factory automation solutions.

Sales and Service Marketing: Promote products and services, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent sales and service support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market segments for targeted marketing campaigns.

Client Visits: Visit different areas and clients across Pune and Silvassa to understand their requirements, present solutions, and gather feedback.

Technical Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of automation technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and VFD drives, to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.

Client Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to analyze client requirements, develop customized solutions, and prepare proposals and quotations.

Marketing Collateral: Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies to support sales and marketing activities.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals.

Skills Required:

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Technical aptitude and understanding of automation engineering concepts and technologies.
Ability to understand client requirements, conduct needs analysis, and propose tailored solutions.
Selfmotivated and resultoriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively within Pune and Silvassa regions for client visits and business development activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Electronic/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or Electronics and Telecommunication.

Experience:

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience required.
