If the patient has come for a consultation/check up/follow-up make sure the concerned consultation is available.Convey the consultation fees to be paid, and then make a consultation slip simultaneously collecting the fees from the patient.
- Direct/guide all the incoming patients to the concerned Consultant/Department.
- Maintain and update all the registers at the reception counter (PID/MRD register Admission Book, Bed Booking Book and Bed Position Book).
- In case of nonavailability of bed inform the patient well before their admission date and keep them updated until they are allotted a bed.
- In case of a patient coming for Inpatient services/procedures (Day Care/MOT/Admission confirms the availability of bed and then admits the patient after completing the necessary paper work/formalities.
- Attenders pass has to be given to the patient/attendee each time the patient gets admitted (date of issue has to be mentioned).
- Prepare statistics for all lab investigation.
- To indent and keep sufficient stationary stock in the reception.
- To report any disturbances in the reception area to the higher authority immediately
- To maintain discipline at the reception
- Maintain daily & Monthly statistics
- Be informed about the availability of a consultant or the working of a particular department.
- No professional charges are to be collected from the patients who are doctors.
- There should be transparency in bed position to all patients.

- Raise lab investigation bill and collect cash immediately.
- When reports are received from Lab, enter it in the lab book and file it according to the lab number and cross check with the register
- At the end of the day, credit bills are raised and handed over to the billing section
- Refunds procedure to be made and sent to accounts department after admin signature for payment / preparing the cheque
Pay:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
