Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the organization, its services, and its facilities.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for conference rooms and appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Handle inquiries and requests from employees and external parties.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a
