Experience:
2 to 6 years in sales, preferably in design services or any service-oriented domain.


Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

Client Meetings: Schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss their packaging and branding needs.

Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including networking, research, and outreach.

Sales Conversions: Convert leads into clients by effectively communicating the value of our services and building strong relationships.

Target Reaching: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to better understand client needs and identify new opportunities.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in design services or any serviceoriented domain.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in the packaging design and branding industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
