Description

Operations Management:
Supervise and manage the entire finishing operations from ironing through packing till efficiently loading of finished goods.

Accountability Management:

Maintain a record of the quantity of stitched garment pieces transitionedfrom the checking table to the ironing table ensuring accountability throughout the process.

Quality Management:

Maintain finishing quality and document any reworks and rejections identified during the finishing process, and actively coordinate with the Production In charge to ensure timely completion of rework tasks.

Collaborate with Internal and External Teams:

Ensure all the packing trims are in housed with the coordination of the purchase department.
Coordinate with internal QCs and external QCs in the pre-final and final inspections.

Shipment Coordination:

Adhere to the numbers committed in order, quality and time. Store the Finished Goods safely and load the same for shipment after shipment sample approval.
