As the Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and executing effective sales strategies and initiatives to boost our sales and grow our business in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
Monitor sales data, identify trends, and seize opportunities
Cultivate and maintain relationships with valuable customers and industry partners
Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to successful closure
Track and report sales performance metrics to the management
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
12 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector
Strong relationshipbuilding skills with a flair for creating sales opportunities
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
