Key Responsibilities:

Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations of adolescents to determine their mental health needs.

Providing individual and group counseling sessions tailored to address the specific concerns of adolescents.

Developing personalized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions to support adolescents in managing emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, educators, and families, to ensure comprehensive care and support for adolescents.

Offering guidance and support to parents and caregivers on strategies to assist adolescents in their mental health journey.

Documenting and maintaining accurate records of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Staying updated with the latest research, trends, and best practices in child psychology and adolescent counseling.

Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field.

3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Adolescent Counselor or Child Psychologist, preferably in a clinical or counseling setting.

Certification or licensure in counseling or psychology is highly preferred.

In-depth knowledge of adolescent psychology, developmental stages, and mental health issues affecting this demographic.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with adolescents, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
