Skills

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech with relevant experience in design & development of Plastic Parts (Nice to have medical device Experience)
Through Knowledge of Plastic part design, CAD (Creating 3D models and manufacturing drawings) Experience in the design of plastic injection moulded parts.
Clear understanding of plastic tool design and troubleshooting during manufacturing, identification of defects in Molding.
Plastic Material selection, Molding tolerance standard, Define Finished Texture as per Mold tec No. Knowledge of ISO-GPS (Geometrical Product Specification) Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
Expert in modelling and detailing using PTC Creo Direct, SolidWorks Experience in the latest engineering designs and methods, tools, and processes Handson Mold flow simulation experience. Solidworks / Ansys preferred Knowledge of IEC 60601 standards & ISO13485 is preferred Ability to present ideas and to convince project team members Be structured and selforganized Excellent communication skills, Quality mindset in design and documentation.
