Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Tele Caller to join our sales team.
As an IT Sales Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in the USA and pitching our IT services.
Your primary goal will be to generate leads, book appointments, and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the USA to introduce and promote our IT services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills.
- Present and explain our IT services to potential clients over the phone in a persuasive manner.
- Book appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and our company's offerings to effectively communicate with potential clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or Sales Executive in the IT services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
- Strong ability to identify and qualify leads, and effectively pitch IT services.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in calling the USA market is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and technologies is a plus.
- Fluent English language skills.
