Net, C#, L3 Support, MVC, SQL Server What will your role look like Supporting the L1/L2 ServiceDesk Incident, standard change & problem handling on L3 level.

Prepare, and execute non-standard changes requested by the customer (creating runbooks, joining CAB's and executing the changes). Execute production plan activities such as (solving vulnerabilities found by vulnerability management, executing, or supervising Monthly patch cycles). Manage LCM within their scope (new releases of software/firmware/patches etc.

We would like you to bring along SQL proficiency. C# and MVC knowledge is required with excellent debugging skills. Familiar with Web API consumption using Postman/Fiddler. Familiar with IIS Configurations, system log monitoring(Event Viewer). Experience in SMTP monitoring will be an add-on. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude. Excellent writing and reading comprehension skills along with client communication. Flexible with timings (work in EST shift is mandatory).
