Position - Account Assistant


Location:


  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Age (Range) - 20 to 25


Qualification:


  • B.Com, M.Com

Total Years of Experience:


  • 25 years

Preferred Exposure - SAP or any ERP


Responsibilities:


  • E Invoice Reco. Prepare for all branches
  • Daily Base Prepare Bank Reco.
  • Vendor & Site Employee advance Payment Upload & Transfer balance to Main Account.
  • Sales & marketing Expense SAP entry passing & SAP clearing.
  • Vendor Expense Entry pass & Clearing.
  • Operation site Employee expense SAP entries passing & SAP Clearing.
  • All pending Expense & Vendor ledger final clearing.
  • Marketing staff advance Payment summary prepare and manage their payment.
  • Marketing staff outstanding working prepare.
  • Worker salary working every month.
  • Filling of site expense vouchers and keeping record at store room.
  • Pass SAP bank receipt entries for fund deposit by operation staff in companies account.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Normal accounting & book keeping
  • Coordination with auditors and other dept staff

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
