Job Summary:


As a Sales and Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and brand visibility for the company.

You will be tasked with implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

This role requires a combination of sales skills, marketing knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to achieve targets and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Lead a team of passionate marketing professionals, fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and inspire the team to achieve extraordinary results.
  • Marketing Strategy: Devise and implement comprehensive marketing plans that elevate our brand and drive footfall to the resort. Utilize market research, customer insights, and industry trends to formulate effective strategies.
  • Team Management: Oversee all aspects of the marketing team's performance, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Encourage professional growth and nurture a positive working environment.
  • Campaign Excellence: Conceptualize and execute compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities within the hospitality and entertainment industry to enhance our market positioning and expand our customer base.
  • Guest Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and delightful guest experience from booking to departure. Continuously seek ways to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 1 years or fresher in marketing roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong track record of successfully leading and managing marketing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a knack for innovative problemsolving.
  • Passion for the hospitality and entertainment sectors.
