    About the Role :

    - We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Software Test Engineer to join our growing QA team.

    - With over 14 years of experience, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and usability of our software products throughout the entire development lifecycle (SDLC).

    - You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other testers to design, execute, and automate comprehensive test plans that identify and mitigate potential risks.

    Responsibilities :

    - Lead and participate in all phases of software testing, including requirements analysis, test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect reporting.

    - Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with product requirements and user stories.

    - Conduct various testing methodologies, including functional testing, non-functional testing (performance, usability, security), and exploratory testing.

    - Utilize automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, API testing tools) to automate repetitive test cases and improve test coverage.

    Analyze test results, identify software defects, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.

    - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability.

    Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and tools in software testing methodologies and automation.

    Mentor and guide junior test engineers.

    Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process and best practices.

    Work within a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline (if applicable).

    Qualifications :

    - 14+ years of experience in software testing with a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality software.

    - In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

    - Expertise in manual and automated testing techniques.

    - Strong understanding of software defects and defect lifecycle management.

    - Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) for test automation is a plus.

    - Experience with API testing tools and techniques is a plus.

    - Experience with performance testing tools is a plus.

    - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    - Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

    - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

    - A passion for quality and a strong commitment to delivering bug-free software.
