Job Profile:

He/She will be responsible to handle MIS reports for all department viz Freight Forwarding, Sales, Custom Clearance.
Undertake detailed and thorough logistics analysis and identify opportunities to aid efficiency and cost optimisation through evaluation of data. Ensure analysis is in line with business goals and targets.
Coordinate with team member for various reports, compile and analyse data, Convert data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
Prepare presentations, Reports to help the team review.
Should have ability to coordinate between Employees, department head & management.
Set up and provide regular reports and data relating to specific areas of the logistics process such as supplier analysis, transportation costs.
Track logistics trends and use information to recommend changes.
Utilise knowledge and research methods to benchmark logistics activities and to drive best practice results.
Provide additional analytical support as required.
Work towards and support a culture of continuous improvement and work to make business and department improvements wherever possible.
Any other work allocated by Manager time to time.

Profile Requirement:

Profile will be more as Analyst & MIS, reports preparation.
Should have ability to coordinate between Employees, department head & management
Ability to handle tight timelines and pressure would be helpful.
Learning attitude and logical approach
Should be good in Microsoft, can prepare reports, presentations.
Good in data analysis.
Display strong interpersonal skills at all levels within the organization.
Ability to be creative & innovative to improve current work practices and implement new ideas.
Work in an organized manner and use time effectively

Salary:
₹350, ₹400,000.00 per year
