    About the teamFIS Digital One encompasses several integrated banking modules that will deliver an omni- channel banking experience for our customers and their employees, with a unified user experience and real-time access to customer, account and transactional data across all banking channels.


    What you will be doingWe have several needs for API developers working in Java/Spring environments for our expanding modernization efforts.

    We are hoping to hire candidates from a variety of experience levels from entry level to senior in order to diversify our team and bring various ideas to the table.


    Provide application software development services and technical support across a suite of financial software productsDevelop program logic for new applications or analyze and modify logic in existing applicationsCode, test, debug, document, implement and maintain software applicationsDesign and develop APIs using with Java & Spring.

    Maintain, test and integrate application components.

    Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing codeEnsure system improvements are successfully implementedAnalyze requirements and translate business requirements into product designsWrite technical specifications and other forms of documentationSuggest technical alternatives and improves/streamlines processes and systemsComplete project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectationsMay participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs.

    build recommendationsMay provide leadership and/or guidance to other technical professionalsOther related duties assigned as neededWork in Agile environment following Scrum Methodologies.


    What you bring:

    Skillset :
    Angular, Typescript, Bootstrap, React, , Java/J2ee, Spring, JavaScript, PythonSystem Design and Architecture Patterns

    • Layered Architecture, Microservices, Reactive Service, Domain Driven, Even-Driven Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)Design Principles and Patterns
    • SOLID, Design Patterns, MVC, MVVM, DI etc Distributed Systems
    • Scalability, Fault tolerance, Fail-Over, Distributed Database, message queues, clientserver model Security
    • OWASP ,
    Software Security Principles, Secure Coding Practices, Authentication, Authorization, Encryption, Common Security Vulnerabilities. Client and server security Cloud Computing

    • Virtualization, Containerization (eg Docker), Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure), Cloud Design Principles Performance Optimization
    • Profiling, Caching & Content Delivery Networks, Compression, Load Balancing, Efficient Database Design, Vertical and Horizontal Scaling


    A Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experienceOverall 10+ years of Java, J2EE developmentExperience with modern micro profile based micro-servicesEnterprise Service design using Spring modules, Spring Boot, Web Flux, REST Services, ReactiveJs and Spring CloudExperience with Kubernetes based platforms, OpenShift/Azure AKS/Amazon EKSExperience with DevOpsGood knowledge data base RDBMS/DBMS, NoSQLKnowledge and exposure to all aspects of middle ware integration including cloud Experience in supporting and/or implementing complex integration projects.

    Knowledge of MongoDB, Apache Kafka, and KubernetesWorking experience in Agile frameworkIn-depth knowledge of data structures and algorithmsExperience in using version control systems like SVN or Bit BucketExcellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributorsWillingness to share relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources.

    Excellent problem-solving, team and time management skillsResourceful and proactive information gathering and sharing skills.

    Added bonus if you have:
    Angular UI experience and Cloud knowledge are preferable.
    Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Bit-Bucket)Experience working with cloud-based technologies.
    Knowledge of the banking industryWorking knowledge of multiple IDEs and debug utilitiesWorking knowledge of test-driven development
