Key Responsibilities

Technical Skills:


Troubleshooting:
A deep understanding of software architecture and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. They should be comfortable debugging code, diagnosing performance problems, and resolving system-related challenges.

Programming Languages:
Mastery of languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Java, or others commonly used for full stack development.

Frameworks and Libraries:

Familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, (front-end), , Django, Ruby on Rails (back[1]end), and others.


Database Management:
Proficiency in working with databases, including designing schemas, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases is essential.

Version Control:
Experience with version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.

API Development:
Ability to design, develop, and consume APIs for seamless communication between different parts of a system.


Project Management Skills:


Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Clear

communication is crucial for effective project management.

Planning and Organization:
Strong ability to create project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and manage timelines effectively. They should be able to break down complex projects into manageable tasks.

Risk Management:
Skill in identifying potential project risks and devising strategies to mitigate them. This includes being adaptable in the face of unexpected challenges.

Team Collaboration:
Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with designers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Adaptability:
The tech landscape is ever-evolving. A senior full stack resource should be open to learning new technologies and approaches as needed.

Problem Solving:
Beyond technical troubleshooting, the ability to approach project[1]related problems with creative and innovative solutions is vital.

Prioritization:

Qualifications:
