Guest Relation Associate

Silverwood Regency Apartments Kasavanahalli, Sarjapur Main Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560035

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduates

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Note - Should Have Experience in Guest Relations and Guest Service.

Guest Relations Executive responsibilities are:


  • Providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Implementing plans to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting with client queries/disputes.
  • Resolving complaints effectively.
  • Sharing tips with the team to enhance customer service.
  • Acting as a communication hub between clients and team members.
  • Informing clients about updates of services.
  • Providing reports to senior manager on the activities.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
