Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
Organizing your managers diary and making appointments.
Making reports and Road Maps for Director, drafting letters and preparation of documents, record keeping, plans of outdoor visits, collections of data from all branches, other assistance, update list of work and appointments, communications with others as per instruction Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
You are in charge of the processing of the daily elements of the payroll but also of the current administrative management of the company.
Should have adequate knowledge to work in multi-tasking environment having skills in managing, and coordinating activities in a project mode.
Languages:
English (Fluent); Strong Verbal and Written Communication.
Knowledge of MS Office / other software
Salary:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
