Roles and Responsibilities

About Role


Takes care of a wide range of support activities inside the HR Team, from coordinating meetings to maintain the employee database, to post Job Advertisements.

An important part of the role will be, to have a strong liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

Also assist in creating policies, processes, and documents. The department aims to find, select, and hire employees. After the hiring process, the department provides training about the company to the employees. Moreover, the Human Resource Department takes care of the employees in terms of recognition, benefits, and many more.


Must Have:


  • Maintains complete confidentiality of all HRrelated information.
  • Continually works with the department to streamline the hiring process and improve internal policies.
  • Managing HR records, including resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms.
  • Issuing employmentrelated verification documents and ensuring completion.
  • Issuing new employees with enrolment documents.
  • Maintaining employee confidentiality.
  • Conducts initial screening interviews and contacts references to verify background.
  • Managing the Training and Development of the employees as per the company process.
  • Processing survey management.
  • Managing the exiting process.

Good To Have:


  • Mitigates employee relation issues while adhering to company, state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Conducting employee inductions.
  • Explaining employee benefits.
  • Processing Company Payroll
  • Responding to HRrelated queries within the company.
  • Assisting with the distribution of training material.
  • Manages benefits program and vendor relationships. Assists employees with questions, issues and enrolment.

Salary:
₹8, ₹22,541.14 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
