Description

We are looking for a
UI UX Designer who responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for website and digital products.

Your primary responsibility will be to understand user needs and design experiences that align with our brand identity and business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive user research, including surveys and interviews, to gather insights and understand user needs and preferences
  • Perform competitive analysis and industry research to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation in UX/UI design
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and development teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables
  • Translate user insights and requirements into intuitive sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design concepts
  • Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions, analyze findings, and iterate designs to optimize the user experience
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, design tools, and methodologies, and integrate them into the design process to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, including design guidelines, specifications, and style guides
  • Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to crossfunctional teams and clients

Desired Skills

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in industrystandard design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign
  • Ability to conduct thorough user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions
  • Strong understanding of usercentered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
  • Excellent visual design skills with the ability to create visually appealing and cohesive interfaces
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify design issues and devise elegant solutions
  • Knowledge of frontend development technologies and frameworks to ensure effective collaboration with developers
  • Familiarity with interactive prototyping tools to create highfidelity prototypes with advanced functionality
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts, processes, and solutions clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry advancements

Salary:
From ₹40,000.00 per month
