The Financial Planning Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our team of experienced financial planners in developing and implementing effective financial strategies for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with financial planners to establish and nurture strong client relationships.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and documents.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Financial Analysis:
- Assist in conducting comprehensive financial analyses to evaluate clients' current financial status.
- Utilise financial planning software and tools to model various scenarios and projections.
- Identify opportunities for improving clients' financial positions.
Plan Development:
- Support financial planners in creating personalised financial plans based on clients' goals and objectives.
- Prepare presentations and reports to articulate complex financial concepts in an accessible manner.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial plans.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Assist in ensuring all financial planning activities adhere to regulatory requirements.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, investment products, and financial planning best practices.
- Contribute to the development of new financial planning strategies based on market insights.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and client communications for the financial planning team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and compliance, to streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- Post graduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in financial planning or a related role.
- Knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Proficient in financial planning software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with excellent organisational and timemanagement abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFP, NISM XA-XB) is a plus.
